According to a Missoulian article, Judge Sabo offered training to Clute, who said she would be filling large shoes. Looks like Justice Sabo felt Robin Clute came up a bit short with respect to Juris Prudence. Thank you Nancy for coming back to bring justice to Ravalli County. We have needed Nancy Sabo to bring independence to our courts.

We cannot say enough about NANCY SABO. Thank goodness she came back and ran for office. Rumor had it that she left the area for the same reasons this site was put up: She cannot stand the BS going on in the justice system in Ravalli County. She had the Justice Courts named for her: The Sabo Justice Center. What a breath of fresh air. Judge Sabo will bring justice back to the county courts, and sanity back to the residents of Ravalli County.
For sure, the public and private defenders alike will be substituting away from JP Bailey to get justice. Without a doubt, please vote for Judge Nancy Sabo, she will give us security!
Nancy Sabo knows what it means to be an independent judiciary, and she knows how to uphold your rights. Don't wait until you are a defendant infront of someone other then Nancy Sabo before you say, I should have voted for Sabo for justice of the Peace, Ravalli County.
Lets let Nancy Sabo return to her namesake justice center, to work for all of us as Justice.

We are supposed to just "suck it up" and not have our taxes pay to protect us. Why are we so different than a different county in Montana, we share two constitutions?

In the Montana Distict #21 Court, Judge Haynes and Judge Langton preside.
- It is the state court where felonies, and appeals from the Justice or County Court are heard.
Justice Court where Bailey and Clute preside are for county misdemeanors and small claims.
- it is also a place where George Corn tells Robin Clute and Jim Bailey how to rule.
- this is no joke, take it from someone who was shafted by both, easily seen how the reins go directly to the back to the Ravalli County Attorney Office: where Corn is in the Can.

It is encouraged that as many residents as possible observe the court proceedings in any Ravalli Court. Public viewing means these judges and JP's don't operate in the dark. It might shock you to see non probable cause, leading witnesses, and giving away of justice by Judge Langton, and others. Being treated differently for sexual orientation, objection to local justice is prevalent in our courtrooms. Remember your freedom to speak, assemble, and petition your government.

A quick suggestion to your staff, clerks, and support staff: implement a system to track, and properly dispose of quashed warrants. Also don't issue false warrants. Have a system to independently double check if something is a crime, or must be written as a warrant.
Our "Independent Judiciary" in Ravalli County: NEEDS WORK VOTERS
Judge Reardon-Hamilton Municipal Court
Mr. Reardon is a former deputy county attorney from Ravalli County. He is fixated on his psyche of Marine Corps training. "Men" playing football, and any group of men are glorified, as is his training. This Judge has a 90% success rate of having residents of this valley paying for violations issued from the Hamilton Police Dept. Our group has watched as Reardon has picked a jury to convict one of our members, and threatened the removal of jury trial. As a Marine, Michael Reardon needs to find a sense of duty other than the "system". This system has been kind to Mr. Reardon, offering retirements, and return. We are hoping that the next reitrement is for the good of the community: we're getting eaten alive out here.

When an attorney tells their cleint not to read from the US constitution, due to a threat of being put in jail, there are big problems in the Hamilton Municipal court. Personal attacks are allowed from the bench, as are 11 judicial conduct codes. Wow, its time to straighten the house, Commandant.
Silly Reardon was confused by the law. A Federal Judge did not seem to be confused by it. We invite you to resign from your bench, if it isn't too confusing to write "I resign".

Justice Court: Judge Robin Clute
Judge Clute in Ravalli County Montana is witholding information in violation of the Freedom of Information Act to protect Sheriff Chis Hoffman, and Ravalli County delay yet another lawsuit for civil rights to be filed. This should cost her her bench, amongst other problems listed on this page and others on the internet. google pic of actual clerk
Don't let Robin Clute's appearance of everythings fine fool you, she is bought and paid for by the Ravalli County "Justice System". She is not interested in your family's justice, but obeying what she "thinks" is the law in Montana. We remind her that Article II section 4 is individual dignity which includes equal protection, something she defers to her former Boss, George Corn, the Ravalli County Attorney.
Ms. Robin Clute is a former clerk to a Judge in Seattle, WA. She is also a former employee to George H. Corn, Ravalli County Prosecutor since January 1991. Ms. Clute regularly calls Mr. Corn for legal advice, and in so doing is compromised from being an independent judiciary.

Just like the Television show "Millionaire" Ravalli Co. Justice Robin Clute has "lifelines" to call when she doesn't know what to do. This is all the time. Robin Clute's lifelines all call the Ravalli County Attorney's Office and ask for George Corn.
The excessive bail is the word of the summer of 2009. Clute does not have a clue....it evident. We don't need a $50,000 question, we already know the answer. In 2010, Robin Clute did not change the Ravalli County Atty. suggestion of $200,000 for conspiracy to assault (that's right, no one died, no major property loss, no safety issue to community). It is really an assault on Montana Law, approved by the voters: Medical Pot in 2004.

Excess bail (8th Amendment) was the New York Times reason for the 4 inmate suicides [2/13/05 NYT article by Butterfield Fox]. JP Robin Clute was in office, and directly responsible for the atmosphere of suicide in the county (twice national rate), and in Detention Center in 2005.
Robin Clute Ravalli County JP did refuse a order of protection to facilitate malicious prosecution by Mr. Corn. JP Robin Clute should not be reelected in 2010. Robin Clute barely won the last election in 2006 by only 2,000 votes. Justice is in danger when JP Robin Clute presides in a Ravalli County courtroom. Robin Clute has issued an order of protection for a death threat issuer to prove Ravalli County has no justice while she is on the bench. This is a very dire situation that our community needs to change. Your vote is needed: Nancy Sabo, Justice of the Peace Ravalli County Nov. 2, 2010.
If you own a firearm, this is good reason to vote for a Judge SABO in 2010 for this job. Justice Clute has taken the carry permit, and seized a firearm from a guide, without cause, or warrant. This Bitterroot resident can now not make a living due to this Justice or JP. Can a JP have this kind of power? When a woman "petitioner"has been charged with a violent crime, and lives over 100 miles away, JP Clute wishes to punish, and take livlihood away of a Bitterroot taxpayer. NO logic when an order of protection is upheld against someone who was the victim? Welcome to the Justice System in the Bitterroot Valley.
Judge Clute has difficulty reading affidavits, but hears loud and clear with respect to the wishes of the Ravalli County Attorney office. Judge Clute is a former clerk, and feels that she can feel her way through the judicial process. When was the last time you think she had her eyes checked?

A Judge has absolute immunity (which means she cannot be sued), and Robin Clute does not deserve this protection. We have never seen such an abuse of power and neligent judiciary as Robin Clute of Ravalli County Montana. Law professionals have given us backup: they have never seen such a terrible Justice as Robin Clute. "She is the worst of a very bad situation in Ravalli County." Whoever gave Robin Clute an "A" must have been paid to keep sending survey questions in. This woman is dangerous wearing a black robe: she is told what to do, and CLUTE HAS NO CLUE how to be a justice:

On Valentines day 2003 she issued a "day and night" felony warrant for a bad check warrant (misdemeanor) for $1000. An example of judicial excess, on command from her boss, George Corn.
Excessive bail is covered in the 8th Amendment, yes in the United States Consitution Ms. Clute.
CLUTE IS CORRUPTION AND KEEPING IT LOCAL (MEANING NO JUSTICE).
JP Clute should no longer enjoy constitutional protections for taking "suggestions" from her boss, Ravalli County Attorney George H. Corn. Voters, please take care of this problem.

Justice Court JP Jim Bailey
Mr. Bailey will do anything that Mr. Corn asks him to do. This is also a sample in Ravalli County of a non independent judiciary. Mr. Bailey will issue a warrant for an arrest when a crime has not been committed, or when pressure is needed to be applied by the Ravalli County Attorney's office. Even when the judge knows a resident will be out of town, he does not hesitate to send law enforcement to a home in the middle of the night. The best summary of Justice Bailey is that he will do exactly what George H. Corn wishes in his court decisions. If you catch him walking, chewing gum, and listening to music at the same time, he is having a good day.
Justice Bailey is throught to be former law enforcement in the State of California. In our community, we have to have someone more trained in legal matters, and is not on-call to Mr. Corn. See the elections page for office information, and run for this public office in 2010. Nobody did, so federal court intervention is being souught so Judge Bailey will not continue to violate our rights.
Judge Bailey will learn some things from his mistakes, he has made many.

District Court Judge Jeff Langton
If anything would scare you, it would be 15 minutes in Langton's courtroom in the public benches. Best viewing times are Wednesdays at 9 am. You will see horrifying justice as the county attorney office is given most any request they ask for. If you know anything about justice, your will be breathless after a short period in this courtroom.
EXAMPLE: a 20-something suspect in custody was not allowed to work prior to his trial due to the County Attorney Deputy, or "state" saying he was a dangerous, multiple offender (4 Driving While In Hamilton's). His child support will go lacking, do to this hardened "criminal". Suffering by the mother and child. Here is an example of the 'new crop' of suspects and money sources for Corn's system.
Example #2: a second young man was remanded to the custody of the sheriff on Wed. 4/22/09. The defense asked for own recognizance or no bail, state asked for bail. Guess who won?
The best part is Judge Langton's two DUI convictions by law enforcement who regularly testify in his court, and by prosecutors who dealt with his case. Can you say compromised?
Langton is up for re-election in Nov. 2010. Please, lets do better......butwe will have the DUI Judge, due to no one running against this Judge.
Jim Haynes, State District Court Judge
Jim is a long time forester, and a hockey player. Rumor is he likes his skates sharp. Not much is known about his willingness to play ball with Corn. If he wishes to stand up for residents here as an independent judiciary, it would be appreciated. Due process is solely in his hands, as you can see, the other supposed independent judges are far from having the ability to throw things out, uphold the law equally, or otherwise think for themselves what decisions are needed to uphold justice in Ravalli County. Tell us that knowing about the law enforcement practices, that any level minded judge would throw out at least half of the cases on their court docket. Let us know if you have any information on Judge Haynes.

News for The Ravalli Republic (not a great source) indicate that this Justice did throw out a case on a technicality, due to what was thought to be a probation officer mistake of some kind. If this is true, we salute Justice Haynes for being an independent judiciary. Lets find one like him to fill the other department in District court. See Elections page on this site for information.
Judge Haynes likes to violate people's privacy 5 USCA 552a of those going before him. We would like to ask what medications he is on, please publish the answer in the Republic, or in open court.
The Montana Supreme Court
The word on the street (unconfiirmed) is that a supreme court decision can be yours for a reasonable sum of $50,000. Not too much money for justice, is it! The chief justice is the former Attorney General who did not wish to intervene in Montana being 48th in the nation for justice.

The Hardliner has posted some rather troubling evidence regarding Associate Justice Pat Cotter's record on the court. It seems the Montana Trial Lawyer's Association has received a good return on their investments to Cotter's campaign in 2000. MTLA spent over $100,000 on independent expenditures to get Cotter elected. Since then, Cotter has sided with them around 85% of the time when MTLA files a brief before the Court.
These figures show a real need for more accountability with our judicial races in Montana.
Any Supreme Court who can grant a "student practice license" is a license to violate constitutional rights. Funny, any case can be appealed to the Supreme Court for this. Do they want to keep us 48th in the nation (last) for Justice. Keep it up McGrath.
