The will of the people, and constitutional law was spit-on by George Corn, and others in Ravalli County. Sheriff Chris Hoffman is the main defendant, and many of his deputies, named in this lawsuit. Many Deputies were too meek to say they were a part of constitutional violations.

47 counts of conspiracy to deprive civil rights, title of 42 US Code Annotated Section 1983. Actual damages $4 Million. Punitive damages to be set at trial (added to $4M).
