Dear Scott Crichton,
Executive Director, ACLU Montana

I am glad your group came to Hamilton. Did you know the organization who sponsored you wish to alter the way people speak, and "educate" them on how to be civil? The ACLU was speaking to a group who is outwardly altering people's freedom of speech in Montana?

The Bitterroot Star reports that your group is a non-profit who defend and preserve individual liberties, I don't see the Montana chapter doing this: Several friends of mine, as well as myself have put in requests with your organization. We get form letters back. For example, contrary to your web page, not all librarians are brave. Not allowing books into collection, returning them via police, conspiracy with law enforcement, charging trespass on public property. Also lying to police about "civil" conversation and being incarcerated.

My right to own a firearm was taken by an order of protection based upon the same librarians testimony. I hold a security clearance with the FBI.

I invite you to watch Beneath the Beauty on DVD (available $15 at www.beneaththebeauty.com ) and see Bill LaCroix in the movie, as well as American citizens in Hamilton, and elsewhere in Montana talking about their living conditions. It might make you make a return trip very soon.

My second civil rights case is being drafted, based upon the brave librarians. Look for Spreadbury v. Bitterroot Public Library et. al. (Bill is friends with the director; I have a feeling that he really doesn't know her MO, just like the MT ACLU didn't really know the Bitterroot Democracy Project, or the real civil rights problems Montana faces).

Those "brave" librarians in Hamilton, Montana have no idea how to uphold anyone's rights, and I swore an affidavit that at no time in the last four years did I cause a disturbance, nor was asked to leave at any time. The library director affirmed this in a municipal court. I can't wait for the appeal in August in the 21st District.   Our constitutional rights get put on trial, then more constitutional rights are violated: speedy trial, confronting witnesses, even the ability to speak on our own behalf.  Now that's civil liberties.

Boy those Librarians are brave.

Further, I am the Plaintiff in a $4M civil rights law suit for law enforcement misconduct, prosecutor misconduct, attorney misconduct from 2007. This might show that there is a problem. If the ACLU is not here now, when will it enter this immense problem in Montana?

In years past, people used to talk about lip service. It appears to me that it is now the appearance of good; I would certainly hope your organization wishes to do good. We no longer wish to live beneath the beauty, we want our Constitutional Rights.

Respectfully yours,

Michael Spreadbury

The Ravalli County Commissioners need a Chief Finiancial Officer (CFO) to keep track of their liability payouts, and to do their $50k a year jobs for them...406-375-6500

We prefer Corn in the Can, however THE RAVALLI REPUBLIC NEWSPAPER feels he should control both the justice system, and free expression too.  Demand that Mr. Corn, the Ravalli County Prosecutor be removed from the newspaper editorial board.

Have you heard about this thing called ethics, Mr. RCAO? (George H. Corn).

In the Bitterroot, we must take back our valley from the "ultimate Power" of officials shown on these pages.  This means, running for office, voting, and building a local network.  [Collectively we win, individually we lose].  Our justice system makes us cower and normalize very non-normal abuse of our rights.

Good day, Ravalli County, AN EXCERPT: from a "late" great president....."Ours was the first revolution in the history of mankind that truly reversed the course of government, and with three little words, "We The People"We The People tell the government what to do; it doesn't tell us"... "In the absence of outside intervention (federal indictment) systematic terror does work--not forever perhaps, but for a longer period than the span of a man's life. The success of non-violent resistance presupposes not only enourmous discipline on the part of those who practice it, but a point beyond which the other side is not willing to go to maintain it's power." ----Susan Jacoby, Wild Justice: The Evolution of Revenge p337, 1983 Harper and Row publishers

In other words, Mr Corn and his troupe of "judicial system" conspirators will have to decide how to proceed in the path of resistance from "We the People". Their dominion over residents of Ravalli County is ending. We have not jailed, intimidated, nor humiliated: only reported the crimes to the public. We seek a constructive justice, and no revenge. See the Ravalli Republic page for their instruments of defamation, character assasination, and non-journalism to help the county's effort against its people. It may be paid services....

We have placed a copy of the letter to the President at the North Valley Library in Stevensville, MT. It is in a White 3-ring binder.  Ask for it at the front circulation counter where you check out books.  Bitterroot Public library, Hamilton, MT would rather put people in jail than allow freedom of speech.

We wonder what if anything is going well for Ravalli County Government?  The commissioners are not interested in following State Law when it comes to open meetings.  If we thought it would help, we would play pattie-cake with them.  The buck stops with no-one in Ravalli County.  When we are at the bottom of the justice chain, criminal acts are not far behind, nor unexpected.  We need better, Bitterroot!!

#2       Letter to Kristen Bounds, Publisher of the Ravalli Republic: July 9, 2009

Webmaster notethis letter was hand written in the office of the Ravalli Republic, a staff member called the Hamilton Police Department and said threats were made.  False information to law enforcement is obvious in all information given to the HPD on 7/9/09 involving this incident; who is going to press it...we dont have any clean cops, sheriff....until we elect one: Wayne Kelley, Libertarian.

Dear Ms. Bounds,

Note: Publishing defamation for George Corn and Ravalli County does not pay

In an online comment, actually a few, defamatory comments are present.  Does your paper endorse this?

A false arrest warrant was issued and is listed under title 3 (a non-criminal code).  This is record as requesting removal of this comment material.

By not doing so, your paper condones defamation.  In Shook v. Ravalli County your paper is listed as a contributor to defamation.

These "Brave" Librarians:

The President Letter from Roy P. Pilkey was banned from the Bitterroot Public Library as well as the requestor recently.

FREEDOM OF SPEECH AT ITS FINEST.  THIS PLACE GETS YOUR TAX DOLLARS.  PLEASE DO NOT DONATE TO THIS SHAM, ESTATES OR OTHERWISE.

Upon finding the American Library Association (ALA) they have a "Library Bill of Rights" which apparently Gloria Langstaff (director) feels does not apply to her library.  Ms. Langstaff will make an appointment with the public, then ban them from the library, so to not uphold the meeting scheduled.

Langstaff has been removed.  Civil rights issues remain...like book submissions, rights to privileges, and peaceful assembly on lawn of public park outside of library, excessive public funds to employees, embezzlement of public funds.  Funny, Corn puts embezzlers in jail, unless his re-election treasurer is involved, Bob Brophy.

Montana Law is very specific: a library director has no power to take library access from a patron.  Only in Hamilton, Montana does the Police and the Library director work together to commit crime. MCA 22-1-311.

according to Justice Brennan former US Supreme Court Justice: "Even the slightest redeeming social importance--unorthodox ideas, controversial ideas hateful to the prevailing climate of opinion..." was protected by the first amendment.  BUT NOT AT THE BITTERROOT PUBLIC LIBRARY!

In the Bitteroot valley, you will be prosecuted for protected rights of free speech, going against the Montana Constitution and the US Constitution....we have no rights.....see GITMO press release at www.mtjustice.info or on this page (see index at top of home page).

No policies regarding behavior are listed on the website: www.bitterrootpubliclibrary.org nor was any requests made to leave the library, or stop behavior.  Perhaps they are protecting the public officials who are violating our rights, and the public needs to take back their library, as well as local government, and law enforcement.  We do this by running for & holding public office.

Please note: The Bitterroot Public Library will open late October 29, 2009 due to the need to train the staff on appropirate interactions with the public.  They plan on learning on when not to call the police when a patron is peacefully assembled on the public property.  The director will learn Montana Law, knowing that an advanced degree, and a brain are required.

webmaster note: Spreadbury was "investigated" by NOTSO (smart) for the below section commentary. Freedom to speak does not exist in Hamilton, MT.

UPDATE:We had a sighting of Gloria Langstaff, it looked like she did not see the light of day much. It comes at no wonder that the board lets her do as she pleases, she looks like one mean Bat. The other librarians in tow, looking extra special "going after" someone who was minding thier own business, speaking or bothering no one, did not get asked to leave the library, and the director did a "positive identification" on the offender, executed a call into the Select Committee on Election: The Hamilton Police Department. This is not a joke.

We ask that those who wish to test their luck with fate, like the running of the bulls in Italy, ask for the President's letter from the front desk. If you can survive for 8 seconds, you can have a membership at this wonderful 1 room library. Embezzlement is amongst the fun we have in Hamilton, Montana at the "free" library. Free to tax the county excessively, use volunteer labor, take estate gifts, and get free accounting, and lease (sorry, $1/yr) from the City of Hamilton. Maybe they should have been friendlier to a candidate for the office of Mayor.  Once again, please stand by for our feature film documentary due out in September.  BPL is toast.  This of ccourse is a figurative statement.

  • Thank you for the defamatory comments on the August '09 minutes Ms. Langstaff; these were published for 5 days on the BPL homepage.  We wonder why you pulled them after our letter was delivered to the NEW chairman.   Ask Donald Trump: YOURE FIRED! (as of July 2010)
  • see the letters page for our BPL letter to the directors of two libraries.
  • Did we mention that Michael Spreadbury has a great relationship with Stevensville (including their board)?  We'll show you in our DVD "Beneath the Beauty".
  • 63% of BPL total budget is spent on Administrator salaries, benefits, and pension.
  • only 1 in 9 dollars at BPL spent on collection materials. (source: 09-10 budget)

Site of arrest attempt: Bittterroot Public Library commons, peaceful assembly means....we have no constitution in Hamilton, MT

(they wonder why 700 Constitution lovers show up with sidearms at meetings)

The ACLU of Montana says that Librarians are tougher than the FBI (seewww.aclumontana.org) One look at Gloria Langstaff, and no terrorist would want to see that again!  At least the ACLU has something right!

  • freedom of speech was violated by the Bitterroot Public Library
  • Peaceful assembly at this gazebo on public property violated
  • threats to websites by public officials (civil, and criminal threats)
right to recall, not following Montana Law (right to petition government)

The 1st Amendment in the crapper at the Bittrroot Public Library

More updates:  A prison library was set up by a church in Arizona within 6 months which had more books (donated), and a bigger space than the BPL; with volunteers!

The Bitterroot Public Library violates right to assemble, speak, to read, and enjoy a state sponsored right of a "free" library.  The "5-year plan" inlcludes:

    • expanding the 'program area' (this is the "romper room" area) for the children
    • is signed by departed chair Ellyn Jones and Gloria Langstaff on 2/17/07

The Bitterroot Public Library seems to not be interested in books, or adult learning.

The State of Montana has a library governing document which states that all policies are available to the public as per Administrative Law.  Ms. Langstaff informs the Hamilton Police and brings banned books to them.  As per the ALA guidelines, no librarian can censure material from a viewer, or potential reader if not profane nor obscene.  The "right" to read, the "right" to view (see www.ala.org ) has been violated by the Bitterroot Public Library Director.  If the first amendment is not important to our library director, we have found a new area to request our rights.  Freedom of speech is being taken by our own public officials in a manner that is consistent with "organized" crime; prearranged understanding and involvement with local law enforcement.

FRAUD/MISAPPROPIATION OF FUNDS AT BITTERROOT PUBLIC LIBRARY

  • The Bitterroot Public Library would rather keep their '08-09 budgeted $611,000 in the bank of taxpayer money (budget year '09-'10 has $513,000--so where did $100,000 go?).

The Bitterroot Public Library would rather not uphold their own policies, not provide any policies to the public, and be exclusive about what materials come into the library.  No public service standards apply, nor any American Library Association guidelines and procedures.  The public in the Bitterroot Valley deserve better, it will be so soon.  Please run for County office----see the ELECTIONS PAGE for details.

These are our public officials, not answering to the public; making their policies public nor accessable, and not using our tax dollars appropiately.  This is why we need to change our Valley by electing public officials who will work for us, instead of a "group", or themselves.

upon further research....we are proud to put up the American Library Association paragraph which supports our cause at the Bitterroot Public Library:

  • courtesy ALA website

"We state these propositions neither lightly nor as easy generalizations. We here stake out a lofty claim for the value of the written word. We do so because we believe that it is possessed of enormous variety and usefulness, worthy of cherishing and keeping free. We realize that the application of these propositions may mean the dissemination of ideas and manners of expression that are repugnant to many persons. We do not state these propositions in the comfortable belief that what people read is unimportant. We believe rather that what people read is deeply important; that ideas can be dangerous; but that the suppression of ideas is fatal to a democratic society......

...Freedom itself is a dangerous way of life, but it is ours."

We the People will gladly add the Bitterroot Public Library as an entity that has refused to uphold freedom of speech, or Montana Law. These are specifically spelled out in a Montana Library guidance document says must happen.  An exemple of public officials acting outside the law.  We will clean up our community, one day at a time.

------------------------------------------------------

GEORGE H. CORN's re-election treasurer is the Chairman of the Bitterroot Public Library Board.  His name is Bob Brophy, who has done harm, in violation of his medical oath.  It is time we get rid of Corn and Brophy.  They like to work together to take people's rights.

GITMO SECTION:

On Montana Public Radio (www.mtpr.org) the Hardin Prison is asking to house the GITMO detainees.  Perhaps they read www.MTjustice.info where we describe that no prisons are necessary; Montana has no justice, no rights, and no way of changing the situation:

US Senator Max Baucus has rejected the idea, saying he does not want terrorists in Montana; however, he will protect and defend treasonous activity of his "friends" like Geroge H. Corn who intentionally, and maliciously take the rights of Bitterroot Valley residents.  We welcome the detainees, perhaps we can learn from their hunger strikes, poems, and non-verbal communications that overcame their abusive environment.  Our web site seems to be doing just fine.

We are pleased to include a group from Sanders County, Montana.  We also know that in Flathead County, there have been agressive law enforcement issues, like in Kalispell.  We know of about two civil rights cases in Federal Court in Missoula from the Flathead.  One involves tazing a citizen.

Our hearts go out to those in Sanders County who also report induced suicides in their jail in the last couple of years.  As we have also had problems with inexperienced law enforcement labeling a situation suicide without investigation; or a trivial investigation.  Getting the call from dispatch that the "suspect tried to kill themselves in the past." is pre-judicial, unprofessional, plain unethical and inconsiderate to family members.  Montanans deserve better justice and professionalism than that.  Lets put better in office.

"We the People" Accomplishments:

1. Arrival of Chief Justice Roberts on 9/13/07 at the University of Montana Law School to talk of the responsibility of attorneys (he compared their service similar to the skill in fighting a wildfire that no one knows where it will go) and Justice Scalia talking behind closed doors about upholding the constitution. Get it Montana?

2. We assisted in the halting of the illegal annexations by the City of Hamilton, MT. To this day, they are not a legal municipality as per Montana Code.

3. Contributed to the resignation of the Mayor of Hamilton, MT

4. Exposed Felony Hit and Run accident (9/14/07) at Foxfield Ave. and US 93 in Hamilton, exposed the Hamilton Police, Ravalli Republic, MHP, Ravalli Republic Newspaper, and RCAO.

5. Removal of former Editor and Publisher, Ravalli Republic, Missoulian, Lee Enterprises.

6. Judicial Pressure in Ravalli County, Montana which is seeing more justice.

7. Recoiling of Law Enforcement abuses on US citizens in Montana. This involved local, county, state, and federal jurisdictions. Height of problem in 2007.

8. Early retirement of previous MHP commander; exposed criminal accident scheme involving RCAO, Ravallli Republic, and MHP, exposed that MHP did not give test scores on national tests for candidates of MHP on November 15, 2008.

9. Due Process issues and equal protection watch in Ravalli County, Montana

10. NIH-RML lab in Hamilton, MT safety and fire protection lapses exposed.

11. Asking The American Bar Assoociation for help with Montna--and possibly getting a new Dean for the UM Law School--Ivy League trained.

12. The delaying or abandoning the appointment of US Attorney (was George H. Corn a pick?)

13. The likely stoppage of George H. Corn from becoming MT Attorney General in '08

14. Speaking to the County Commissioners about justice, rights, with the Sheriff in proximity; he subsequently asked to leave the meeting. He did not want to hear that he did anything but right when a resident "thought they were going to die".

15. In progress of constructing a documentary film about justice issues in the Bitterroot Valley and Montana. We invite law enforcement, prosecutors, the public to speak to our camera. For those fun public officials, we have many hours of tape previously recorded, and many hours of public comment. DVD available for $15 at www.beneaththebeauty.com

16. Stopping a County Commissioner candidate who did not protect county residents as the County Health Director with a single letter to the editor of a local newspaper.

17. Stopping Wal-Mart Stores from building in the Bitterroot merely by telegraphing how corrupt, criminal, and illegal the City of Hamilton was in requesting them to pay for utility work which was outlined in their grant applications. See letters vault at www.mtjustice.info

18. A soon to be accomplishment is to find a better County Attorney than works there presently. This includes Mr. Corn and Mr. Fullbright. We have many ways (see #16).

19. Assisting Lincoln County in successfully presenting a petition for circulation to recall their County Sheriff, Daryl Anderson. The people's voice is being heard.

20. Showing the Bitterroot Public Library Board Chairman that public service is more than being too busy to answer the phone. We are going to miss Ellyn Jones. We are hopeful that the new board, and county commission in Ravalli County will ask for Gloria Langstaff's resignation, or have enough information for her removal from the position. We guess they would rather a multimillion dollar civil rights lawsuit...so be it.

21. Asking for a Postmaster for the Hamilton Post Office, and getting it so there is less of a chance of lost mail, which seems to be ordered.

22. Keeping the Montana Attorney General honest. Some say he can do no wrong due to being native to the state. Hanging up on justice, and looking the other way for law enforcement problems make him the more culpable.

23. Making sure that Montana's rank of 48th in the nation for justice is known to our citizens through web-communications. We will do better in the future for Montana.

24. Putting the Montana Public Defender system on notice that if you threaten, discriminate, and pre-determine eligibility, the chief may not like it (nor your creator the ACLU [via lawsuit]). A statewide "training" is showing these people who they work for, the public and giving them a better understanding of what their mission trully is--service.

24. A tenured Professor to train Law Students in Montana about Professional Responsibiity.

25. A Social Worker to help Montanans get better servicve at the Montana Public Defenders offices in Missoula and Hamilton.

26. One of the biggest lawsuits for civil rights the state of Montana has ever seen.

27. Contributed to the "dismissal" of Bitterroot Library Director for Civil Rights violations.

28.  Contributed to the removal of the evil, old receptionist at the Office of we'll take your rights for you, make a deal to give you a criminal record in Hamilton, MT.  The new one is nice, go pay a visit at 300 S. Second St.

29. Safety and Environmental complaint against NIH-Rocky Mountain Labs (RML) approved by Federal Magistrate.  Only BSL-4 lab in USA without full fire assets like materials safety, full training and adequate assets of professional fire department.  This is needed for complex substances, virology studied at RML.  Federal firestation would lower residential homeowner insurance in 5 mile radius, ensure we would not die of EBOLA, or have to wear those pesky "Bubble Boy" suits scientists wear in the BSL-4 labs.

30. Informing the Ravalli County electorate that the Sheriff position is most important in 2010. IF YOU LOVE JUSTICE, PLEASE VOTE Nov. 2, 2010, SEE www.MTJUSTICE.INFO.

#8       The Unicorporated City of Hamilton as per Montana Code Annotated MCA 7-2-41

(apparently the logo is more legitimate than the City, it's protection is probably a way to land people in front of the people's court of Hamilton---so it was removed.)

The City of Hamilton, Montana claims that it was established or founded in 1894.  Here is the trouble: the founder of the region was Marcus Daly in 1895.  We understand that fuzzy math is popular in the 21st century, but something does not add up.   See for yourself if you live in the area.  The City Administrative buidling is at 223 S. Second St. in Hamilton, MT. 59840.  Wipe your feet on a mat just inside the door.  The date 1894 on the bottom of the seal.  The website for the "city" is www.cityofHamilton.net  We would like to see the documentation which shows Incorporation for Hamilton, the Hamilton City Study Commission could not find it, and this election should be not certified by our Clerk and Recorder, Regena Plettenberg

City of Hamilton does not exist as per MCA 7-2-41 specifically:

§4105 Notice of election Are required items above as per Montana Code

§4101 Petition subsection (3) with the office of election administrator

s.4102 Census; filed with election clerk

Ravalli County Clerk does not have these required items. Lost documents do not default to compliance with law. The City of Hamilton is not a lawful municipality in Montana.

    • With a Mayor demanding cash from a teller at a credit union, to a councilman putting someone in the hospital, to taxation, payroll, ilegal annexations, and a police force who would rather intimidate than be helpful, when will the criminal activity end?  We say before the "election".

When the Hamilton Police were having problems staying in thier "assumed juristiction" (they were 15 miles outside the city "limits") in 2007, we can only put the piece together that these officers were filling George H. Corn's courts.  In 2006, it is published that the Hamilton (pop. 4,500) raised $158,000 in fines from tickets.  In the fall of 2007 was the felony coverup of the hit and run to protect a city councilman.  We compared it to Blackwater USA.  The area had its own private security force... to intimidate American Citizens in their own land.

see the "law enforcement page" for details and pictures of this accident.

A written work, bound in a three ring is being held on "evidence" at the Hamilton Police Department.  How did it get there? The Bitterroot Public Library took it there.

When a letter to the president of the United States concerning this area and state is banned, and held as evidence it shows something is wrong.

These guys like the constitution so much that they have been playing with the 1st, 4th, 8th, and 14th Amendments.

#10      WHITE HOUSE CONNECTION--Montana's Jim Messina

courtesy of nassautea.files.worldpress.com

Jim Messina,  of Missoula, MTonce Max Baucus's (D-MT) chief of staff was appointed to Obama's staff in November, 2008We have this picture of Jim on the "contacts page" of www.MTJUSTICE.INFO as well as a description of how he did not help us.  A decade ago, Jim Messina was active in the local "NEW Party" events in Missoula, MT.  It was a progessive populus movement.  When did he sell out?  From his 2009 financial disclosure, he is a corporate stockholder in everything from Disney to Microsoft. We think he plucked top officials out of the FBI as a While House Staffer (since Jan 09) to silence our civil rights claims in Montana.  A recent press release about Jim:  see the "Contacts" page and "press room" page to see this and our other press releases since 2007 at www.mtjustice.info.

The Music is Playing--Jamming With Charlie Daniels (WHITE HOUSE STAFF INFO)

  coutesy of swampland.com

Legendany Charlie Daniels, no need for music, he jams with the best of them.

"After being in the music business for 52 years it's just about all I know; anything at all about--and in keeping with my admittedly narrow knowledge--I would like to draw an analogy concerning the Obama administration, viewing things from my vantage point.
Ok, let's say you pick out the finest symphony conductor in the world, add the greatest singer and seven or so of the finest classical musicians on the planet.

You get them together backstage and say, "Alright, there are twenty thousand fans out front, standing room only, expectations are off the charts, they are looking for the best show they've ever seen. Now the curtain goes up in five minutes, the sound has been checked out, the lights set and everything is perfect, the stage is set for the greatest show the world has ever seen. Now get there and knock 'em out guys! They're all with you; you're all superstars in their eyes. Go show 'em how it's done.

Oh, there's only been one change: Tonight you have to do your show playing songs you've never played and you'll have to improvise. There's no sheet music. "You'll just have to jam."

Can you imagine the panic backstage?

You see, some of the very finest musicians on earth can't jam a lick. I remember a few years ago when I had a couple of young fiddle players come on stage with me and play "The South's Gonna Do It Again." They had learned the parts I'd played on the record, arrangement, lead lines and all and played it perfectly note for note.

Everything was going swimmingly until I decided to leave the arrangement and jam for a while. When I turned to one of them and told them to take a solo the kid was as lost as a baby sheep in a hail storm. They had no more idea about improvising than they did about how to build a spaceship. "The South's Gonna Do It Again" is a simple twelve bar blues song that any musician from any garage band would be able to take a solo on, but even though these kids were extremely talented and played what they knew perfectly, when it came to jammin, they were totally lost. They had just never learned to do it.

To me the presidency is kind of like jammin'. You have to roll with the flow, improvise, adapt to the moment, pick up on what's going on and deal with it. Our president has never had to jam, he's always had the sheet music in front of him and he's never had to play a note somebody else had not written for him. [Remember the Teleprompter issue in 2009 at start of the Presidency?]

One of the biggest mistakes President Obama made when he came in office was to surround himself with a bunch of players who had never jammed either. None of them have ever had any practical experience in the real world. In essence, they are a bunch of paper tigers, they do an incredible job of spending other people's money and sneaking legislation through the back door, but out in the real world, where there are no scripts, down where the rubber meets the road there is probably not a person in the bunch who could change a flat tire, much less deal with the complex problems America faces. [Jim Messina has been a political operative since college in Missoula in the late 80's]

The only thing Obama has done with any problem that has arisen is to throw money at it, and in truth, that's sadly all he knows how to do. When it comes to dealing with things that money alone won't fix like busted oil pipes at the bottom of the ocean or solving the problems on our southern borders he's lost & all those around him are lost.
The Obama cabinet is the most inept bunch imaginable. When people have only
viewed the world from the top of an ivory tower they don't react very well when it's time to get their hands dirty.

Obama's people can't even accept real world concepts of the dangerous situations we're dealing with. Eric Holder wanting to try terrorists in civilian courts, in New York City of all places is nothing less than (stupidity) and arrogance. Janet Napolitano's gross inexperience in dealing with security matters is going to end up costing this country dearly.

Putting an unqualified person who has never even been a judge on the bench of the highest court in the land, for nothing more than her political leanings is insanity.
Everywhere you look you see eggheads with nothing more than a college degree to qualify them for the sensitive jobs they hold.

I'm just wondering how long it will take for a majority of the people in this country to realize that the wheel that steers the direction of this nation is in the hands of people who have no idea how to get from point a to point b without a roadmap and that roadmap just doesn't exist. Every trip is different. I see disaster looming on the not too distant horizon, financial disaster, increasing danger from terrorist attack, unabated violence in the streets and an arrogant and unmanageable illegal alien population.

It's coming folks and Obama and the band are still in the dressing room looking for the sheet music. They just can't jam."

God Bless America !

Charlie Daniels

Pray for our troops, and for our country.

Beware of this Ravalli County Road Truck:

Ravalli County Road Employees have harassed veterans in Dillon, MT in January 2009.  They oil roads without signs.  Do you remember the Atari video game with the oil slicks?  These guys are not slick.

Karma intervened....Jan 2, they had a visitor into their building.

  • They cut timber outside of a right of way in the West Fork Bitterroot River area to the tune of 1600 logs--400 of which are missing--and the USFS law enforcement is investigating.

2009 NRA National Convention, Phoenix Arizona

During the Weekend of May 15, 2009 the NRA held it's national convention in Phoenix, AZ.

One of our members wore a "We the People" T-shirt and shook hands with, and had good conversations with the top brass of the NRA.  When Max Baucus was featured on a video clip, he yelled "liar" with his Stetson on.  With the approximately 30 "WE THE PEOPLE" business cards distributed, we are proud to have made an impact at this event, and some allies within the NRA.

Max and Jon, our US Senators (as we explain in this website and www.mtjustice.info ) did not uphold our rights, including the 2nd Amendment.  One of our members had a firearm seized without warrant, and another had a carry permit denied as a former law enforcement officer.  We told the NRA:

"We the People" Member and Executive VP of The NRA John C. Sigler

"We the People" consulting with VP Wayne LaPierre of the NRA

Oliver North Shaking hands with our representative wearing our new "We the People" T-shirt.  Picture is seen copied worldwide on internet.

"...Mission Accomplished."  Lets take back the Bitterroot!  We complete our missions...

Merchandise is soon to be distributed in the Bitterroot Valley

we have distributed business cards, and have seen more than 100,000 hits within two months.  Baucus' office was "threatened" by this; their site has 43k hits over 24 years?  The truth always threatens scoundrels.

We have Black T-shirts with our "Justice brings Prosperity" logo as well as the two web sites listed on the back.  A walking business card.

Next we have two bumper stickers:

1.  "We prefer Corn in the Can"  and www.Bitterroot-rising.org

2.  "Ban Supercop, Nic Painter" and www.mtjustice.info

Lets get one thing very clear.  One person paid for the Bumper  stickers.  A different person wrote the letter to the President on MTjustice.info, and a third person is running for Mayor of Hamilton.  The fair booth was donated in-kind to the candidate, and the booth was a joint effort, not solely the candidate.

3. Our Documentary on Justice is called Beneath the Beauty.  Order this DVD for $15 to your door.  See free trailer and buy  at: www.BeneaththeBeauty.com

#14         Montana Attorney General Office:

no control over the Highway Patrol, and no control over

justice in the State of Montana; thier job is to keep corruption running smoothly

MHP is affiaited with the MONTANA ATTY GENERAL

"We the People" issued a national press release on May 19, 2009 when a Montana Attorney General (AG) receptionist hung up on one of us (several times).  We think credible information should be passed with respect to justice, and the AG works for us.  See the "press room" at www.mtjustice.info to see the press release.  We also contacted the Governor, and the FBI.  When will the chief law enforcement officer (AG) take the emergency situation with respect to justice to heart to protect MONTANA?

Here is a hypocritical quote from the AG website: We at the Montana Department of Justice are deeply committed to preserving and improving the safety of all citizens throughout our great state. It is our responsibility to ensure that the department's actions reflect the kind of Montana....that doesn't hang up on justice, Mr Bullock.

  • Major accomplishments for MT Attorney General Steve Bullock include:
  1. Suing General Motors to protect the corporate interests in the state, the 47 Chevrolet dealers, by proxy the "warranty" of individual Montanans (big deal)
  2. Writing a letter to the NCAA to attempt to bring more corporate dollars to the State of Montana so we can host NCAA playoff games at MSU, UM, and MSU-B.
  3. How is Steve Bullock, Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the State of Montana holding Law Enforcement accountable for intimidation, suspected rape, induced suicide?  We want an attorney General, not a corporate attorney for Montana.  See "open email to AG for details of problems the AG office faces.  Helping the public isn't #1
  4. Suing Drug manufacturer, making $4M for training his "troopers" and "court costs" for the MT DOJ.  See www.mtjustice.info Open EMAIL to AG for details.

We wrote an "open email" to AG Bullock on 7/7/09 which can be found at www.mtjustice.info at the page with the same name.  We also added the "inside job" page to describe the stolen ammunition which was done by Ravalli County Sheriff Deputies.

We applaud the courage of the Attorney General office for backing down on the requirement to take criminal culpability on Recall Petitions.  We sent information that a swown statement was all that was required for a recall petition (in Montna).  The same day, the requirement was lifted.  Justice is being served.  It is up to the citizens of Montana to understand that this is our government, and we mustand up for it. =====================================================

Civil Discourse in Ravalli County

(this is now called Rational Discourse)

nt2009.com

THE BITTERROOT DEMOCRACY PROJECT IS ASSISTING THIS ENDEAVOR

The only thing that is not rational is how county officials take our rights.  .

see letters page for editorial about Bitterroot Democracy Project and Civil Discourse.

Quite interesting to see Carlotta Grandstaff, Ravalli County Commission Chair asking for "civil discourse" and the write ups in the County's newspaper, the Ravalli Republic which had obvious overtones to pacification.  The "seminars" are calling for reflection on a piece of literature.  We have one for our internet viewers from a widely respected Stanford University psychologist Dr. Philip G. Zimbardo:

"eye of Satan" from exposingsatanism.org

Evil consists in intentionally behaving in ways that harm, abuse, demean, dehumanize, or destroy innocent others--or using one's authority and systematic power to encourage or permit others to do so on your behalf. In short it is "knowing better and doing worse."

--Phillip Zimbardo, The Lucifer Effect  pg. 5; Random House; 2007

This sounds very distinctly like the actions that come from George H. Corn, the County Attorney which runs the Sheriff Department, the Judicial System, and apparently, the County Commission and the Ravalli Republic Newspaper too.

Upon "reflection" one does not pacify oneself when encountering evil.  The United States did not reflect in response to The Third Reich, a terrorist attack on September 11, 2001, nor an attack on our Naval Base at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.  The Ravalli County Attorney, George H. Corn destroys lives via violating court rules, asks others to help him, and takes our rights.  We need to reflect on how to take back our local government, and counter evil.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

according to Brendan Murphy, a known Nazi researcher and author:

"Evil requires willing participants." (in Ravalli County, MT)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Bitterroot needs to rise above this adversity, such is the mission of this website. We need your help and action (like being an informed voter, watching out for crap in our area).
